Resumen
El objetivo principal de esta tesis es la propuesta de un
proyecto que consiste en la Producción y Comercialización de
Productos de cuidado Corporal a través de un servicio
personalizado, viendo la oportunidad que existe en el mercado
debido a que los consumidores por el ritmo de vida se les acorta el
tiempo para realizar compras con respecto a este tipo de productos.
A nivel Mundial la población se ha visto afectada por
enfermedades inesperadas, debido a esto la preocupación por el
cuidado personal ha ido incrementando, además del hecho de que el
cuidado personal (imagen) es un tópico importantísimo dentro de la
sociedad.
Los beneficios que ofrecen estos productos son múltiples
puesto que además de cuidar externamente nuestro cuerpo de
organismo extraños como virus y bacterias, también ayuda que el
usuario sea más agradable ante la sociedad y que se sienta
satisfecho consigo mismo.
Este proyecto es un proyecto de Inversión, es decir que su
objetivo es Satisfacer las necesidades del target y a su vez recibir a
cambio una utilidad monetaria. El área en el cual se desarrollara el
proyecto es el sector de Mucho Lote 6ta etapa, esto se debe a que
actualmente el sector se encuentra poblado, pero no existe una
cantidad de oferta que satisfaga sus necesidades.
Cada uno de los productos a desarrollarse debe cumplir las
normas ISO referentes a la calidad. Esto incluye también el servicio
que se les brinda a los clientes.
Entre las estrategias de distribución se utilizaran lugares como
tiendas, bazares y comerciantes minoristas. Ya que el costo de los
productos nos permite brindar buenos precios a este tipo de clientes.
Además, se tendrá una oficina, donde se atenderá también a los
consumidores finales. Se tomara en cuenta que el precio, este no
será el mismo que para los detallistas, de esta manera se cuida la
cadena de distribución y no afectamos a ninguno de nuestros
clientes.
Se realizo un análisis de mercado con la finalidad de conocer
las tendencias de compras de los consumidores, inclusive para
conocer sus gustos y preferencias. El Plus de este proyecto es dar
un servicio personalizado, es decir que se adapte a las necesidades
de cada uno de nuestros clientes, como ejemplo esta el horario de
atención extendido, la entrega a domicilio, capacitación y servicio
post venta.
Dentro del estudio económico se realizaron todos los
presupuestos que conciernen al proyecto. Estos son de suma
importancia puesto que nos da una idea de la realidad y evita
dolores de cabeza innecesarios por gastos que se pudieron prever.

Dentro del Análisis Financiero se demostró que el proyecto es
totalmente viable, Puesto que con la inversión de un promedio de
$3000, en menos de 8 meses se habrá recuperado la inversión total.
Un punto a favor del Proyecto es que la mayoría de los objetos
necesarios ya se los tiene, y solo es necesaria la compra de materia
prima y ciertos equipos de oficina.
Se recomienda en el caso de llevarse acabo la
implementación del negocio, se deben revisar constantemente las
acciones realizadas, para que en el caso de ser necesario se
cambien los fallos del proyecto, por esto es importante que este sea
flexible y con mira hacia los objetivos, sin desviaciones innecesarias
del camino.

This project is an investment project, ie its goal is to satisfy the needs of the target and in turn receive monetary utility change. The area was developed in which the sector project is the 6th stage Lot Much, this is because sector is currently the town, but there is amount of deal that meets your needs. Each of the products to be developed must meet ISO standards concerning quality. This also includes service that is offered to customers. Distribution Strategies locations were used as shops, bazaars and retailers. Since the cost of the products allows us to offer good prices to such customers. In addition, it will have an office, which will also serve the final consumers. They take into account the price, this is not is the same as for retailers, in this way takes care of distribution chain, and do not affect any of our customers. We performed a market analysis in order to meet trends in consumer purchases, including for know their tastes and preferences. Within the economic study was conducted all budgets related to projects. These are extremely important because it gives us an idea of reality and avoids unnecessary headaches for expenses that could be foreseen.
