Resumen
El presente trabajo corresponde a nuestra tesis de grado, que consiste en realizar análisis de los Estados Financieros de Auto Importadora de Auto Galarza S.A años 2010-2011, Estrategias de mejoramiento en ventas y sus incidencias por las Resoluciones Arancelarias 604 y 588 del Consejo
de Comercio Exterior & Inversiones. Nuestra tesis proporciona una breve descripción de la empresa en la cual se mencionarán su modelo de negocio, participación en el mercado y sus objetivos. Por medio de un análisis comparativo se verificarán y validarán las variaciones de sus estados financieros en los periodos 2010 y 2011 para identificar las cuentas que han presentado mayor impacto debido a las resoluciones emitidas por el Gobierno para las importaciones de los vehículos. Se determinó los rubros que estuvieron más expuestos ante dicha resolución, debido a la aplicación del análisis financiero correspondiente, utilizando variaciones horizontales y verticales, ratios financieros, el objetivo principal de este estudio fue finalmente recomendar distintas estrategias como por ejemplo: lograr que el cliente deje su vehículo usado como parte de pago al mejor precio del mercado, y se le vende uno nuevo. A su vez el usado que dejó como parte de pago, se lo vende a clientes que requieren un vehículo de esas características.
