Resumen
En el presente proyecto de titulación se desarrolla un proceso de investigación
cuyos resultados serán presentados mediante técnicas de análisis y de esta forma se podrá
comprender el clúster de la industria de la cerveza en Ecuador, sus fortalezas y debilidades,
se presentarán recomendaciones cuyo objetivo es fortalecer tal industria y desarrollarla
sustentablemente junto a la economía local. La investigación efectuada es cualitativa, ya
que cuenta con datos exploratorios y descriptivos, lo que permitirá obtener información
más veraz. Quedan determinadas recomendaciones a nivel empresas, nivel clúster, nivel
nacional y nivel regional. Usando las técnicas de entrevistas a profundidad, observación y
análisis de contenido, se podrán desarrollar conclusiones, las cuales serán presentadas
mediante el mapa del clúster de la industria cervecera en el país y el diamante de la misma.
In this graduation project, the results will be presented by analysis techniques. In this way we will be capable to understand the beer cluster in the Ecuador Industry as well as their strengths and weaknesses. Recommendations will be submitted and they will be aimed to strengthening the industry to develop its sustainably alongside the Ecuadorian local economy. Carrying out a qualitative research as it has exploratory and descriptive data, both will help us to get accurate information. There are determined recommendations at companies’ level, cluster level, national level and regional level. By using techniques like in-depth interviews, observation and content analysis it may develop conclusions which will be presented as the cluster map of the beer industry in the country and the diamond itself.
