ANÁLISIS DEL PERFIL DEL VISITANTE DEL BALNEARIO Y CENTRO RECREACIONAL PUERTO HONDO PARA EL DESARROLLO DE PROGRAMAS DE ANIMACIÓN Y RECREACIÓN

Resumen
La presente investigación fue realizada en el Balneario y Centro
Recreacional Puerto Hondo, localizado dentro de la ciudad de Guayaquil en
el Km. 17,5 vía a la costa, este lugar recibe a muchas personas durante los
fines de semanas y feriados pero a pesar de tener una buena concurrencia,
todavía no se tiene definido un perfil del visitante y de esta manera realizar
otras actividades para su distracción y que disfrute de su tiempo libre, sólo
se ofrece el parque acuático para los niños, la playa del estero y un mirador.
De acuerdo a lo antes mencionado se tiene como objetivo general del
proyecto determinar el perfil de visitante de este punto turístico para el
desarrollo de un programa de animación y recreación, debido a esto
utilizamos métodos de investigación con enfoque mixto cualitativo y
cuantitativo que permitieron obtener información a través de técnicas y de
herramientas de investigación como: la observación efectuada en el lugar;
las encuestas, que fueron dirigidas a 151 visitantes que estuvieron durante
un fin de semana y la entrevista al encargado de un Centro de ‘Educación
para todos’. Los datos obtenidos fueron procesados para la elaboración de la
propuesta, que permite el desarrollo de los programas de actividades
recreativas cuyo propósito es que el lugar pueda tener una mayor
concurrencia. Luego, con los resultados alcanzados se busca impulsar el
turismo y que éste tenga un gran alcance para el mejoramiento en la
economía de los habitantes de Puerto Hondo.
The present reserch was carried out in the Beach an Recreational Center Puerto Hondo, located within Guayaquil City at Km. 17 ½ at Costa freeway, this place receives a many people on weekends and holidays but despite to have a good attendance, still has not defined a profile of the visitor and in this way to carry out other activities for their distration and enjoy their free time, only offers the water park for children, estero beach, and a viwepoint. According to the aforementioned, the general objective of the project is to determinate the profile of the visitor of this tourist point for the development of an animation and recreation program, due to this we use reserch methods with mixed qualitative ans quantitative approach tha allowed to obtain information through techniques and reserch tools such us : observation on site; the surveys, wich were addressed to 151 visitors who were during a weekend and the interview. The data obtained were processed for the elaboration of the proposal,which allows the development of programs of recreational activities whose purpose is that the place may have a greater attendance. Then, with the results achieved, it seeks to boost tourism and that it has a great reach for the improvement of economy of the habitants of Puerto Hondo.
