Resumen
Este trabajo pretende identificar e implementar una solución que permita obtener la
información en línea de la última gestión en campo, que es la entrega o la devolución de un
envío en una empresa Courier. Se ha analizado por medio de encuesta telefónica a una
muestra de clientes crédito en la ciudad de Guayaquil de la empresa Servientrega Ecuador
S.A., que el no tener esta información en línea incide en la calidad de información de la
gestión de distribución afectando la calidad general del servicio. En la actualidad el Servicio
Courier se ha convertido en una herramienta muy utilizada por las empresas, para distribuir
sus productos a bajos costos y en menor tiempo, por lo que la calidad en el servicio es muy
importante a la hora de escoger a la empresa. Dentro del análisis realizado encontramos, que
para la muestra encuestada no es suficiente la información que actualmente la empresa
mantiene en línea, ya que esto genera reproceso y demoras para obtener la información
faltante. Los clientes necesitan registrar el momento exacto de la entrega y sobre todo las
devoluciones, ya que las mismas se convierten en un producto no conforme, al no terminar el
ciclo satisfactoriamente. La implementación de la App (software para celular) entregas
móviles se ha realizado con éxito en la ciudad de Guayaquil, la misma que está permitiendo
obtener información en línea. También se deja planteada la propuesta integración de esta
información con el sistema de información actual
This work aims to identify and implement a solution that allows to obtain online information management in the last field is the delivery or return of a shipment in a company Courier. It has been analyzed by means of telephone survey of a sample of customer credit Guayaquil company Servientrega Ecuador SA, that not having this information online affects the quality of management information distribution affecting the overall quality of service. Currently the Courier Service has become a widely used by companies to distribute their products at low cost and in less time tool, so that the quality of service is very important when choosing the company. In the analysis we conducted found that the surveyed sample is not enough information currently the company maintains online, as this generates rework and delays in obtaining the missing information. Customers need to register the exact time of delivery and especially returns since they become nonconforming product by not successfully complete the cycle. The implementation of the mobile App deliveries has been successfully performed in the city of Guayaquil, the same that is allowing online information. Leaves also raised the proposed integration of this information with the current information system.
