El conocimiento que poseen los seres humanos es de vital importancia para el desarrollo laboral y el crecimiento de toda sociedad. El diseño de un plan de capacitación en desarrollo laboral para los trabajadores dependientes del Sector Señor de los Milagros del Cantón Daule tiene como objetivo brindar capacitaciones en aspecto de desarrollo laboral y contribuir con mejores niveles de vida del trabajador dependiente. La metodología cuantitativa aplicada en la investigación nos lleva a la detección de necesidades que deriven al diseño del plan de capacitación. La obtención de los resultados se da mediante encuestas y entrevistas. Las encuestas se orientaron a conocer el nivel de importancia que tienen las capacitaciones para el desarrollo personal de los trabajadores dependientes del Sector Señor de los Milagros del Cantón Daule; los resultados esperados nos indicaron que el 32% y 43% consideran importante y muy importante, respectivamente, las capacitaciones para su desarrollo laboral. Las capacitaciones para el desarrollo laboral se darán en aspectos de agricultura, comercio, industria y transporte, según el nivel de importancia de las encuestas obtenidas. En la medida en que los trabajadores dependientes adquieran mayores conocimientos, su desarrollo laboral influirá en la productividad.
