Resumen
La presente investigación se establece en el diseño de un sistema que permita elevar los
indicadores de participación de mercado, mediante la conformación de un clúster, partiendo
del conocimiento general del valor económico de la Industria de la confección de prendas de
vestir, en función de lo citado, establecer las causas que hacen esta deficiente participación.
Básicamente las pymes no han obtenido la debida participación activa en el sector, esto en gran
medida a la poca tecnificación de sus procesos, al Gobierno Corporativo, a la poca gestión de
riesgos administrativos y financieros, al desconocimiento de estrategias de planificación. Así
mismo, los talleres de confección no cuentan con un mercado importante de financiamiento en
el sistema financiero tradicional, ya que por el nivel de riesgos inherentes, las tasas activas que
se les otorga están entre el 22% al 27%, lo que significa un alto costo financiero para crecer
estructuralmente. Es de vital importancia, que las PYMES puedan participar de mejor y mayor
Forma en el sector, a través de políticas estatales que brinden las facilidades para la
conformación de asociatividad entre grupos de productores para la conformación de clúster. La
finalidad de la investigación es el emprender estrategias asertivas que permitan ganar más
ágilmente participación de mercado en la Industria de la confección, desde todas sus
ramificaciones.
This research is set to design a system that will raise the indicators of market share, by forming a cluster, based on the general understanding of the economic value of the clothing industry of clothing, depending on what cited establish the causes that make this poor participation. Likewise, garment factories do not have a significant market for financing in the traditional financial system since the level of risk inherent in lending rates attached to them are between 22% to 27%, which means a high financial cost to grow structurally. It is vital that SMEs can participate better and greater way in the sector through state policies that provide the facilities for the establishment of partnership between producer groups for forming cluster. The purpose of the research is to undertake assertive strategies to gain more nimbly market share in the clothing industry, from all its ramifications.
