Resumen
La presente tesis de Graduación engloba cuatro capítulos apoyados en un conjunto de planos arquitectónicos y diversas ingenierías mostrando gráficamente el proyecto en la realidad Física.
El primer capítulo muestra la importancia, los objetivos y el enfoque de la investigación para el desarrollo del proyecto, ubicando el sector a proyectar, la metodología a emplear y el alcance hacia la meta.
El segundo capítulo conformado por el marco teórico y conceptual almacenando temas y analogías fundamentales para emplear arquitectura ecológica y reducir el nivel contaminante del sector mediante criterios de protección, ahorro, reciclaje y vegetación al interior y exterior de las edificaciones.
El tercer capítulo es de investigación principalmente de campo extrayendo datos del estado físico y ambiental del sector conllevando a conclusiones que posteriormente se reflejan en el diagnóstico para finalmente encontrar las soluciones más factibles.
El cuarto y último capítulo presenta la posible solución mediante la propuesta teórica enfocándose en los problemas habitacionales y la contaminación ambiental, auditiva y visual del sector urbano actual, continua la programación para el desarrollo del anteproyecto y las memorias descriptivas y técnicas que se presentan con la elaboración de proyecto final.
This Graduation Thesis includes four chapters supported in a group of architectural drawings and various engineering showing graphically the physical reality project. The first chapter shows the importance, the objectives and focus of the research for the development of the project, placing the sector to project, the methodology to used and the extent through the goal. The second chapter consists of a theoretical and conceptual issues and essentials analogies to use green architecture and reduce the contaminant level of the sector through protection criteria, saving, recycling and vegetation inside and outside of buildings. The third chapter is mainly research extracting data field of the physical and environmental sector subsequently leading to conclusions that are reflected in the diagnosis to finally find the feasible solutions. The fourth and final chapter presents a possible solution by focusing on theoretical proposal of housing problems and environmental, visual and auditory pollution of the current urban sector, continuing with the progration to develop the preliminary design and the specifications and techniques presented with the development of the final project.
