Resumen
Para el presente proyecto de titulación se ha realizado el estudio del comportamiento del
consumidor de la ciudad de Guayaquil, y si dicho comportamiento influye o no en la
economía del país, su desarrollo social, productivo y cultural, para ello dentro del primer
capítulo se ha definido que un consumidor socialmente responsable es la persona consiente de
que sus decisiones pueden afectar a otros consumidores así como también se mencionaron
otras teorías que fundamenten y validen el objeto de estudio. Dentro del capítulo dos se
presentan el análisis de los resultados producto de las encuestas que fueron realizadas entre la
población económicamente activa y con capacidad de compra, dicho análisis se encuentra
expresado mediante la estadística descriptiva e inferencial, su respectiva correlación y
validación de hipótesis por medio de la prueba KMO y Bartlett, las respectivas entrevistas a
expertos del área, docentes y demás involucrados en el tema como también la metodología
implementada durante el desarrollo de la investigación. Por tanto, el alcance de esta
investigación cae en identificar si el consumidor guayaquileño actúa de tal manera que se lo
clasifique como un consumidor socialmente responsable denominado CSR. Para de esta
manera proponer dentro del tercer capítulo un plan de socialización a través de una guía
informativa sobre las prácticas del consumo social y responsable para los habitantes de la
ciudad de Guayaquil.
For the present project, we have chosen the study of the consumer behavior in Guayaquil city, and if the behavior has influenced not only in the economy of the country, but also in the social, productive and cultural development, in the first chapter it has been Defined that A socially responsible consumer is the person aware of their choices also it affects other consumers as well as other theories that support and validate the object of study. In that the chapter, the analysis of the results of the surveys carried out between the economically active population and the purchasing capacity is presented. The analysis is expressed through descriptive and inferential statistics, correlation and hypothesis validation. Test KMO and Bartlett, the respective interviews to an area expert, teachers and others involved in the subject as well as the methodology implemented during the development of the research. Therefore, the scope of this research is able to identify the consumer. In order to propose in the third chapter a socialization plan through an informative guide of practices of social and responsible consumption for the inhabitants in Guayaquil city.
