The following work was carried out in the premises of Mr. David Zúñiga Alarcón, located in "Carrizal" area, Mariscal Sucre parish, Milagro Canton, Guayas province, during the dry season of year 2016, under the following geographic coordinates S 20 02'28¨ W 79 0 33'45 ". The objective of this study was to determine the foliar organic fertilization response from Swiss chard cultivation to improve the productivity and profitability of small-scale producers who live in Canton- Milagro, Carrisal enclosure. The research was carried out with the variety Large White ribbed chard, two organic foliar fertilizers, Fossil shell agro and Biol plus an absolute telltale. For the evaluation of the present work, it was used the fully randomized block design (DBCA) with seven treatments and Four replications. It was concluded that: a) Biol foliar organic fertilizer treatment was the one that obtained the best averages in all the variables studied such as plant height, leaf diameter, number of leaves per plant, number of leaves harvested, plant weight and yield. B) The 40 mg dose (treatment five) was the one that presented the best results in all the variables studied. C) The best Marginal Return Rate was obtained with treatment five (Biol and dose of 40 ml) with 671%.
