Resumen
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo evaluar el sistema de Dosis Unitaria en el Hospital de la Policía, garantizando y asegurando una atención farmacéutica personalizada, brindando día a día un mejor sistema de salud a la población, cumpliendo y respondiendo a las actuales necesidades de los pacientes de dicho establecimiento y con las políticas de gobierno específicamente del Ministerio de Salud Pública, contando con profesionales como Químicos y Farmacéuticos o Bioquímicos Farmacéuticos con capacidades y competencias específicas y sistémicas integrales. Para este efecto se comprueba mediante encuestas que el sistema de dosis unitaria implantado en el hospital está dando resultados positivos, y garantizados al paciente, es por esto que se recopila y estudia la experiencia adquirida desde la implementación del Sistema de Dosis Unitarias, evaluando los lineamientos basados en el Ministerio de Salud Pública y aplicados para el debido control y dosificación exacta de medicamentos a los pacientes; mismo que contiene elementos técnicos y científicos que se han aplicado al sistema hospitalario del establecimiento. Esto permitirá evaluar constantemente el beneficio del sistema hacia el paciente en el Servicio de Farmacia Hospitalaria en todo su ciclo del medicamento (prescripción, dispensación, administración y seguimiento farmacoterapéutico), dando cumplimiento del tratamiento y basados en la normativa legal vigente exigida por el Ministerio de Salud Público Ecuatoriano
The present investigation has as aim check the system of Unitary Dose in the Hospital of the Police, guaranteeing a pharmaceutical personalized attention, offering day after day a better system of health to the population, expiring and answering to the current needs of health of the population and with the policies of government, possessing professionals like Chemists and Pharmacists or Biochemists and Pharmacists capacities and specific and systemic integral competitions. For this effect there is verified by means of surveys that the system of unitary dose is giving positive results, is for this that is compiled and studies the experience acquired from the implementation of the System of Unitary Doses, checking the limits applied for the due control and exact dosing of medicines to patients; same that contains technical and scientific elements that have been applied to the hospitable system of the establishment. This will allow to evaluate constant the benefit of the system towards the patient in the Service of Hospitable Drugstore in all his cycle of the medicine (prescription, dispensation, administration and follow-up), giving fulfillment and based on the legal in force regulation demanded by the Public Ecuadoran Department of Health
