The pulp problems in primary dentition and young permanent dentition may result from lesions of dental tissues calcified or reflections of attacks and complications surrounding tissues or support is mainly directed to consider when pulpodentinario complex primary dentition and young permanent as a unit, which can be damaged by trauma and dental caries, and accidentally giving some surgical procedure in response pulp inflammation similar to that presented in other connective tissues. It starts from a healthy or normal disease-free pulp, so that its histofisiopotologicas varying characteristics indicating a disease state. So the main objective was to determine the most common diseases of the dental pulp in order to provide adequate treatment. They have presented the concepts of different pulp disease and treatment take place for each type of dentition and the various fillers for sealing, just as designed theoretically, not experimental, as it merely observing several previous works of different authors also analytical, synthetic method was used and the type of research was documentary and descriptive. With the data collected, which were analyzed and interpreted and concluded that it must provide the student knowledge necessary to perform pulp treatments, deciduous and young permanent teeth. Each treatment is performed depending on the type of dentition and degree of invasion of the pulp chamber.
