ANÁLISIS DE LA DEMANDA TURÍSTICA DEL CANTÓN CALUMA PARA EL DISEÑO DE UN RESTAURANTE

Resumen
Está investigación se la realizó en el Cantón Caluma de la provincia de
Bolívar, se evidenció como problema central, la carencia de demanda turística
por parte de los establecimientos de alimentos y bebidas, es por esto que se
realizó el análisis de la demanda turística del cantón, con la finalidad de
desarrollar una propuesta diferente en el tema de empresas de alimentos y
bebidas. La metodología de la investigación que se utilizó fue enfoque mixto,
de tipo descriptivo, los métodos teóricos utilizados fueron analítico y deductivo,
como métodos empíricos la revisión documental y el trabajo de campo
mediante la observación estructurada, mediante la participación y convivencia
con los pobladores. Además también como instrumentos que para el
levantamiento de información, utilizados fue la entrevista a personas
representativas del sector como autoridades, la encuesta aplicada a 306
personas consideradas demanda potencial. Como resultados se obtuvo que
los servicios turísticos, así como los de alimentos y bebidas que ofertan, la
califican como buena con un total de 51.4%, también que están de acuerdo
que exista un restaurante temático que ofrezca comida típica del sector un 89,
4% lo que contribuye al desarrollo de la propuesta para diseño de un
restaurante temático que pueda contribuir al desarrollo económico del sector,
mediante la generación de puestos de trabajo para la comunidad local y
ofreciendo una alternativa diferente en el sector gastronómico del sector.
This investigation was carried out in Caluma town in the Province of Bolivar, it was evidenced as a central problem, the lack of touristic demand by the food and beverage establishments, that is why the analysis of the touristic demand in the place, With the purpose of developing a different proposal in food and beverage companies. The research methodology used was mixed approach, descriptive type, the theorists methods used were analytical and deductive, as empirical methods documentary review and field work through structured observation, through participation and coexistence with the settlers. In addition also instruments for the collection of information, used was the interview with representatives of the sector as authorities, the survey applied to 306 people considered as a potential demand. As a result it was obtained that the touristic services, as well as those of food and beverages that offer, qualify as good with a total of 51.4%, also that they agree that there is a themed restaurant that offers typical food of the sector a 89, 4 % Which contributes to the development of the proposal for the design of a thematic restaurant that can contribute to the economic development of the sector, by generating jobs for the local community and offering a different alternatives in the gastronomic sector of the town.
