Resumen
El propósito fundamental de la presente tesis de grado es presentar a
las personas que se interesen por el tema, la importancia, la formación
docente de los profesores universitarios en los procesos de enseñanza
aprendizaje y el rol que los profesores adopten frente a la propuesta
presentada, el problema que se presenta en este tema de investigación,
es la poca capacitación del docente universitario en general y
específicamente los profesores de la Facultad de Ingeniería Industrial
de la UPSE, en temas importantes relevantes y actuales en los procesos
de enseñanza aprendizaje. El marco teórico que contempla el presente
trabajo de investigación, está en función de las dos variables definidas
en el problema: la independiente (formación docente) y la dependiente
(proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje). La metodología que se utilizará
está basada en técnicas documentales y de campo (observación y
encuestas) con sus respectivos instrumentos, y el análisis e
interpretación de los resultados. La importancia radica en facilitar a
docentes de la Facultad de Ingeniería Industrial o cualquier interesado,
las herramientas necesarias como base para que las puedan poner en
práctica, y resolver así un problema de actualidad en nuestras
universidades. El aporte de la presente tesis serán los datos
estadísticos que arrojen las investigaciones y la elaboración de la guía
de estrategias metodológicas, que será un aporte de carácter educativo
y social. Los beneficiados serán los involucrados en el tema de
investigación, la institución educativa UPSE y la comunidad de la
provincia y la sociedad ecuatoriana en general
The main purpose of this thesis is to show to the people who would be concern about this topic, the importance, the academic preparation of the faculty at universities in the understanding and teaching process and the role that the professors adopt in front of the proposal presented here. The problem, that is presented in this research topic, is the lack of an adequate academic preparation of the universities professors in general and specially of the professors at Industrial Engineering at UPSE, in current, relevant, and important topics in the teaching and understanding process. The theoretical frame this research topic involves is in function of the two defined variables in the problem: the independent (professor’s academic preparation) and the dependent (teaching and understanding process). The methodology that will be used is based on both documental and ground techniques (observation and survey) with the pertinent instruments, and the analysis and inference of the results. The importance lies in providing to the professors at Industrial Engineering or people concerned about the topic, the necessary tools as a base so that professors can put them in practice, and by that way to solve a current problem at Ecuadorian universities. The contribution of this thesis will be the statistical data that the research will yield and the elaboration of the Methodological Strategy Guideline, which will be a contribution of academic and social value. People who to be benefited will be the ones involved in the research topic, the educational institution UPSE and the community of the province, and the Ecuadorian society as a whole
