Resumen
Los conocimientos que adquieren los estudiantes de Sexto sociales
del Colegio Nacional Mixto 15 de Octubre de Cantón Naranjal es de
vital importancia para el desarrollo turístico del cantón, ya que por
medio de ellos podemos darnos cuenta que los estudiantes como los
docentes desconocen los atractivos turísticos como complejos
deportivos, espacios culturales, museos, teatros en definitiva lo que
forma parte de la identidad local. Para ello se propone diseñar un
Sistema de Formación y Capacitación turística profesional para que
los estudiantes y docentes se sientan comprometidos con su medio
para que ellos les sirvan de guías a los sitios turísticos a las
personas que nos visitan. Los aspectos más importantes del marco
teóricos se referirán a la manera de como debe ser atendido el
turista. Para la investigación se ha seleccionado el paradigma cualicuantitativo
y la modalidad de proyecto factible. Las variables a
manejarse en la investigación son: Desarrollo turístico del Cantón
naranjal y necesidades del talento humano especializados y creación
de un Sistema Formación y Capacitación turística. La población a
investigarse son los estudiantes que tienen conocimientos de
turismo y maestros que dan la cátedra. Los datos que se obtengan
de la investigación serán procesados y presentados en cuadros y
gráficos estadísticos con su respectiva interpretación. El alcance del
estudio es facilitar a los docentes y estudiantes métodos y técnicas
activas para que puedan difundir a los sitios turísticos y una
atención adecuada al turista que visita estos atractivos turísticos, a
través del Sistema de Formación y Capacitación que beneficiará
tanto a docentes y estudiantes ya que podrán encontrar alternativas
para lograr una identificación con el medio y en sentido de
pertenencia hacia su cantón afianzando de esta manera la valoración
y conservación del patrimonio histórico cultural y natural en el
marco de una actividad educativa.

We propose to design a training system and vocational tourism training for students and teachers to feel committed to their means for them as guides to tourist sites for people who visit us. The most important theoretical framework will address how to be treated as tourists. For research paradigm was selected qualitative and quantitative and feasible project mode. The variables to manage in the research are: orange Canton Tourism Development and needs of specialized human talent and creating a tourist Education and Training System. The investigated population are students who have knowledge of tourism and teachers who give the chair. The data obtained from the research will be processed and presented in statistical tables and graphs with their respective interpretation. The scope of the study is to provide teachers and students active methods and techniques that can spread to tourist sites and adequate attention to the tourists who visit these attractions through the Education and Training System that will benefit both teachers and students since they can find alternatives to make an identification with the environment and sense of belonging to the canton thus strengthening the evaluation and preservation of cultural and natural heritage as part of an educational activity
