The study, selection and manipulation of biocompatible acrylic material in patients with periodontal disease requires professional, applying synthetic organic materials not affecting the soft gum tissue, given the morbidity of this type of patient, to observe and monitor and treat the behavior of all elements of the stomatognathic system in order to fully restore the patient's health. This relationship management restorative dentistry by the clinician, is becoming more current day, but there are still concepts that, despite being known, seem not to be clinically internalized, as is respect for the biological width, location preparation margin, evaluation of the attached gingiva contour restorations and marginal adaptation. The goal is to identify that there various bio materials that can be used for replacements, through the provisional prosthetic device in the preparations cut into the tooth and providing a space in lateral and vertical direction, between the gingival margin and the gingival end in the preparation of temporary crowns in performing fixed prosthesis and which in turn one or other provide better results in biocompatibility with the gums, as is the Protemp4, moreover, it must determine significant differences in the degree of marginal adaptation of crowns made with acrylic and made with Composite composite resin, so that the dentist can know which resource provides more confidence when making provisional.
