dentaria posterior, denominado comercialmente Sistema Palodent.
integral.
The development of the case was based primarily on the use of one of the most updated methods on the market for interproximal restoration of a posterior tooth, commercially called Palodent System. In this research, this system was compared with other types of conventional matrices used in restorative dentistry, the reason why is considered the most effective technique to perform restorative operative procedures explained. The results were as expected, this was thanks to the shape of your sectional band and the pressure exerted by the metal ring on the matrix, when they were incorporated into the interproximal lost margin for this unique advantage that only have this system, we allowed accommodate properly without any difficulty, the resinous material into the proximal box, so a uniform properly restoration was obtained, with excellent fit and tight seal between the sealing material and the gingival margin, without the possibility of creating spaces between the segments composite resin, therefore there is the likelihood that future gingival microfiltration was completely ruled. Class II restorations are extremely challenging in relation to obtaining adequate proximal contacts, for this reason there is a special and more attention with respect to the technique used to achieve this requirement. By applying the system it was checked Palodent its ability to create strong points physiologically and morphologically right contacts, restoring the natural anatomy of the tooth as their overall health.
