Resumen
El problema de investigación de este proyecto ¿Cómo incide la comunicación y
relación interpersonal de la sociedad con los miembros de la policía dentro de
la comunidad Cristo del Consuelo de Guayaquil en el año 2017?. El objetivo
general Analizar la aprobación de la imagen corporativa de la Policía Nacional
en los moradores del Cristo del Consuelo de Guayaquil y los sectores aledaños
en el año 2017. La hipótesis La falta de una relación asertiva entre la comunidad
y la Policía Nacional influyen en la calidad de relación que debe de existir en el
objetivo principal que es la comunicación de los habitantes del suroeste de la
ciudad de Guayaquil del año 2017. Se establecieron las variables que
dieron elementos concretos a esta investigación las cuales son Comunicación
estratégica que fue determinante principal para llegar a una probabilística
obtenida en el proyecto, la otra variable relación policía – comunidad se escogió
por ser determinante fundamental en el proceso de investigación a la hora de
observar una realidad. El diseño de la investigación es el No Experimental, la
investigación de es de tipo explorativa por que pretende dar a conocer una visión
general de forma aproximativa de una realidad. La metodología que se utilizó en
este proyecto t de investigación fue el método cualitativo y cuantitativo porque
se da una estimación al proceso de comunicación que brinda la institución
Policial del Ecuador y la comunidad mediante la elaboración de entrevistas y
encuestas. En el tercer capítulo se derivó al análisis de resultados siendo
tabulados y graficados porcentualmente. El resultado emanado logra explicar el
argumento de la hipótesis. En el capítulo cuatro de esta investigación se Diseñó
una guía de convivencia comunitaria que fue encaminada a la ciudadanía y los
policía del Circuito Cristo del Consuelo de Guayaquil.
The problem of this research is: How does the communication and interpersonal relationship of society interact with the police in the area Cristo del Consuelo, in Guayaquil in 2017?. The general objective of this investigation is to analyze the approval of the image of the National Police by the residents of Cristo del Consuelo in Guayaquil and surrounding sectors in 2017. The hypothesis is: The lack of an assertive relationship between the community and the National Police influence on the quality of the relationship and the main objective is to analyze how is the communication of the inhabitants of the southwest of the city of Guayaquil with the police in the year 2017. Factor, which gave concrete elements to this research is: strategic communication, which was the main point in this project, the other factor is the relationships of the police with the community, this factor was chosen because it is the fundamental determinant of this investigation process to understand the reality. The design of the research is the nonexperimental, the research is of the exploratory type, because it aims to give an overview in an approximate way about the reality. The methodology used in this research project was the qualitative and quantitative, because an estimation of the communication process was provided by the Police Institution of Ecuador and the community through interviews and surveys. In the third chapter it was presented the analysis of results, it was tabulated and it was calculated the percentage. The hypothesis was confirmed by the result of this investigation. In chapter four of this research it was created a guide to community coexistence that was directed to the citizens and police of the area Circuit Cristo del Consuelo in Guayaquil.
