Female patient 18 years old, with direct composite veneers on teeth 1.1, 2.1, 2.2, also has a wear preparation for aesthetic veneer on the buccal aspect of the tooth 1.2 (caused by the detachment of the veneer resin that was in it) and wear of the cusps of the four canine caused intentionally by a previous intervention, this provoked the loss of canine guidance. The treatment of choice is the preparation of porcelain veneers, with incisal protection and palatal finishing, conducted in four clinical sessions; with the aim of recovering the canine guidance by restoring canines and incisors, achieving the restoration of aesthetics and function of the anterior sector. In this document is displayed the data collected during the diagnostic phase and its influence on the choice of treatment from the various options available.
