Resumen
Dentro de toda organización se tiene que revisar la estructura, más allá de sus procesos, logística, etc. Los departamentos con los cuales se conforma una empresa deben tener manuales de procedimientos. Uno de los departamentos más conflictivos es el de Bodega, cuyo indicador genera la rentabilidad que tiene que ver con el manejo adecuado de la misma. LIGA DEPORTIVA CANTONAL DE SAMBORONDON es un distribuidor de materiales de construcción, franquicia de DISENSA, su mercado va dirigido a empresas constructoras solamente. Las bodegas en empresas como esta toma un valor importante en la generación de ingresos. Por tanto la investigación tuvo como objetivo general Diseñar el sistema de control interno del Departamento de Bodega para mejorar el desempeño del personal de LA LIGA DEPORTIVA CANTONAL DE SAMBORONDON para el efecto el diseño de investigación fue la no experimental de campo y principalmente se realizó en el contexto de la Bodega, obteniendo datos de fuente primaria y secundaria. Al final se determinó que con la posible implementación del diseño influirá de manera positiva en el efectivo trabajo de parte del personal, aceptando la hipótesis planteada, también la falta de segregación de funciones entre el jefe de bodega y el personal de esta área genera un desorden y mal uso de información de esta área. Para lo cual se recomendó Implementar el diseño siendo una herramienta que permita regularizar actividades, así como también invertir en un sistema de seguridad de circuito cerrado y realizar evaluación al personal de bodega con el propósito de diagnosticar las cualidades y debilidades del personal.

In the end it was determined that with the possible design implementation will influence positively on the effective work of the staff, accepting the hypothesis, also the lack of segregation of duties between the head of warehouse and staff in this area generates a mess and misuse of information in this area. For which it was recommended to implement the design being a tool to regulate activities, as well as investing in a security system and perform closed loop evaluation winery staff in order to diagnose the strengths and weaknesses of the staff.
