Resumen
Gran parte de los ciudadanos de este País hemos notado la presencia de personas con animales en sus manos “comercializándolos “pero sin saber la procedencia, los problemas que causa seguir fomentando esta actividad que más de ser ilegal es cruel con los animales. Leyes y reglamentos existen en nuestro País, pero del 100% de los ciudadanos un 10% conoce de su existencia. Sin embargo muy pocas personas ponen en práctica lo que estas leyes y reglamentos estipulan haciendo caso omiso y en muchas ocasiones fomentando esta mal llamada actividad comercial. En este caso después de un arduo trabajo con autoridades de la ciudad de Guayaquil estamos haciendo seguimiento legal a estas personas y cortar con los tentáculos. Haciendo de conocimiento público el procedimiento y de donde proviene el ser que llevamos a casa. Por lo tanto hay que pelear de manera inteligente con leyes y castigos fuertes, reglamentos que respetar, usando estrategias y herramientas q se encuentran hoy a nuestro alcance y así lograr alcanzar nuestras objetivos que desaparezca el maltrato animal. El presente trabajo explicará las Normativas Reglamentos Nacionales y Ordenanzas municipales para poder comercializar animales.
Many of the citizens of this country have noted the presence of people with animals in their hands "commercializing" but without knowing the source. The problems caused by promoting this activity, which has more than illegal, it is cruel to animals. There are laws and regulations in our country, but 10% out of the 100% citizens barely knows of their existence. However, very few people practice what these laws and regulations stipulate, ignoring, and often encourage this (misnamed) business. In this case, after a hard work with authorities in the city of Guayaquil, we're doing legal follow these people, to cut those tentacles. Making the public aware of the procedure, and from where the living that we currently have at home. Therefore, we must fight intelligently, with strong laws and punishments, regulations must be respected; using strategies and tools that are now available to us, and thus able to achieve our goals: the eradication of animal abuse. This paper will explain the laws, regulations and National Bylaws, to trade animals legal.
