Resumen
Nuestra investigación está enfocada en el “ANÁLISIS DEL MANUAL DE FUNCIONES
DE METRO BASTIÓN EN ÁREA ADMINISTRATIVA Y CONTABLE” el manual de
funciones se basa en la descripción de cada una de las actividades que deben llevar a cabo
cada uno de los empleados de la empresa y nos basamos en el análisis situacional de la
empresa donde se pudo encontrar que manual de funciones que actualmente maneja la
Empresa de Transporte Público Urbano Metro Bastión, tiene una falencia al no encontrarse
detallado de la manera correcta, motivo por el cual se convierte en un problema para los
empleados al momento de ejercer las actividades que le han sido asignadas y de esta
manera no aportan en el crecimiento de la empresa. En el trabajo se siguieron todos los
procedimientos metodológicos que se deben llevar a cabo en cada una de las
investigaciones científicas, también nos enfocamos en la técnica de investigación como
son las encuestas, aplicadas específicamente a los departamentos administrativo y
contable, la información recolectada fue analizada e interpretada de esta manera se pudo
obtener información de que los empleados tienen conocimiento de sus obligaciones
mediante un reglamento interno pero se pudo determinar que sus deberes no están muy
claros y detallados como lo están en el manual de funciones, el mismo del que una gran
parte de los trabajadores no tienen conocimiento de su existencia dentro de la empresa. La
propuesta del proyecto de investigación se basa en la reestructuración del manual de
funciones en el área administrativa y contable, dando paso así a la solución de la
problemática teniendo como objetivo principal alcanzar excelentes resultados ya que esta
herramienta permitirá que cada uno de los empleados conozcan cuáles son sus
obligaciones y responsabilidades de manera muy detallada para que no haya confusión
alguna en el desarrollo de sus actividades, de esta manera se evaluará el desempeño de
cada uno de ellos obteniendo como resultado la eficiencia y eficacia, también será una
herramienta óptima para los directivos ya que servirá como guía al momento de querer
contratar a nuevo personal teniendo establecidas allí la capacidad y requerimientos
mínimos con los que deberá contar la persona que desee ocupar cualquier puesto de trabajo
dentro de la empresa, se vio la necesidad de asignar nuevos cargos para cubrir todas las
necesidades de la empresa. De esta manera se contará con personas aptas para aportar a la empresa y ayudar a conseguir excelentes resultados en el menor tiempo posible
cumpliendo con los objetivos propuestos. Logrando el crecimiento de la empresa.
Our research is focused in the "MANUAL FUNCTION ANALYSIS OF METRO BASTION IN ADMINISTRATIVE AND ACCOUNTING AREA" the manual of functions is based in the description of each an of them activities that must carry to out each one of them employees of the company and we based in the analysis situational of the company where is could find that manual of functions that currently manages the company of transport public urban Metro Bastion, has a flaw to the not find is detailed of the way correct, reason by which is converts in a problem for them employees to the time of exercise them activities that you have been assigned and of this way not contribute in the growth of the company. At work were followed all the methodological procedures that must be performed in each of the scientific research, also focus on the technique of research such as surveys, applied specifically to the administrative and accounting departments, the information collected was analyzed and interpreted in this way get information that employees have knowledge of its obligations by an internal regulation, but it was determined that their duties are not very clear and detailed as they are in the manual functions, the same that a large part of the workers are not aware of their existence within the company. The proposed research project is based on the restructuring of the manual functions in in administrative and accounting area, thus giving way to the solution of the problem having as main objective to achieve excellent results since this tool will allow each of the employees know what their duties and responsibilities in a very detailed way so there is some confusion in the development of their activities, in this way the performance of each of them shall be assessed resulting in efficiency and effectiveness, also will be a tool best for managers since it will serve as a guide when you want to recruit new personnel having established there the capacity and minimum requirements that must be the person who wishes to occupy any position within the company, was the need to allocate new charges to cover all the needs of the company. In this way there will be persons to contribute to the company and help to achieve excellent results in the shortest possible time complying with the proposed objectives, managing the growth of the company.
