Resumen
Uno de los principales problemas que afecta al ser humano hoy en día es el estrés, la mayor parte se presenta en el entorno laboral afectando el rendimiento psicológico y físico del trabajador. La finalidad del presente proyecto de titulación es intervenir en los entornos laborales aplicando la estimulación de los receptores sensoriales para reducir los niveles de estrés, mediante el estudio y diseño de un mueble modular con un sistema acuapónico integrado, demostrando cómo la naturaleza y el empleo de algunos materiales aportan beneficios psicológicos positivos en el trabajador y logran que sea más productivo, creativo e innovador. Se presentan los detalles constructivos, la función y forma de diseño de un mueble que no solo sea agradable a la vista humana también innovador, enfocado en la relación sentidos y uso del espacio y cumpliendo con las normas de calidad en cuanto a ergonomía, espacios interiores y otros factores como son las fundamentaciones legales, Teorías de la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS), Organización Internacional del Trabajo (OIT), y Ministerio de Trabajo, las cuales detallan las formas para conseguir entornos laborales más saludables

The purpose of this project is to intervene in the work environment by applying the stimulation of sensory receptors to reduce stress levels, by studying and designing a modular furniture with an integrated aquaponic system, demonstrating how the nature and use of Some materials bring positive psychological benefits to the worker and make him more productive, creative and innovative. It presents the construction details, the function and design of a piece of furniture that is not only pleasing to the human eye, but also innovative, focused on the relationship between the senses and the use of space and complying with the standards of quality in terms of ergonomics, interior spaces And other factors such as legal grounds, Theories of the World Health Organization (WHO), International Labor Organization (ILO), and Ministry of Labor, which detail ways to achieve healthier working environments.
