Resumen
En la actualidad la Gerencia General de la empresa Gloria Saltos Valle en
la ciudad de Guayaquil agencia Matriz, experimenta la necesidad de realizar un
análisis orientado a la evaluación y rediseño de los procedimientos, políticas,
roles y responsabilidades durante el cumplimiento de las actividades que forman
parte del proceso de compras, ventas y servicio al cliente. La falta de estándares
y lineamientos formales debidamente aprobados y autorizados por la Gerencia
General afectan claramente las relaciones interpersonales que existen entre la
empresa, el proveedor, el cliente, impulsadoras y los trabajadores, como
consecuencia se ve afectado el mejoramiento productivo de la empresa. Durante
el estudio y desarrollo de este trabajo de tesis se evidencio que los trabajadores
de la agencia matriz de la empresa Gloria Saltos, con mucha frecuencia asumen
decisiones y realizan las actividades a criterio personal tomando en
consideración sus habilidades, destrezas y experiencias adquiridas al ejercer su
cargo.
At present the General Management of the company Gloria Saltos Valle in the city of Guayaquil Matrix agency, experiences the need to carry out an analysis oriented to the evaluation and redesign of the procedures, policies, roles and responsibilities during the fulfillment of the activities that form Part of the process of buying, selling and customer service. The lack of formal standards and guidelines duly approved and authorized by the General Management clearly affects the interpersonal relations that exist between the company, the supplier, the client, the drivers and the workers, as a consequence, the productive improvement of the company is affected. During the study and development of this thesis, it was evident that the employees of the parent agency of the company Gloria Saltos, very often take decisions and carry out the activities in a personal way taking into account their acquired skills, position.
