Resumen
El presente Trabajo de Titulación “Estudio y Diseño del Mercado de Mariscos, en la Cabecera Cantonal de Samborondón, 2015” inicia con el estudio e investigaciones sobre el lugar y diferentes contextos de la localidad, para lo cual se recurre a la recopilación documental, encuestas, observación del lugar de estudio y el análisis de edificaciones análogas, que sirven de base para determinar la demanda del Mercado de Mariscos que abastecerá a los usuarios del cantón y los cantones vecinos; la propuesta de diseño está detallada en la fase de Programación y sus respectivos cuadros de áreas, esquemas de relaciones, análisis funcionales, zonificaciones para llegar al proyecto arquitectónico e ingenierías.
The present titling proyect "Study and Design of a seafood market, in the headboarders of the Samborodon Canton, 2015", begin with the study and investigations of the place and its location context, for which it reccures to the recolecction of documents, surveys, observation of the place in study, and the analysis of similiar buildings, which are the basis to determine the demand of the seafood market that will satisfy the canton’ users and the cantons’ nearby; the proposed design is detailed in the programming fase and its respective areas, relationship diagrams, functional analysis, zonenification to get to the arquitectural and engineering proyect.
