Diseño de un centro integal comunitario de atención prioritaria en la cabecera cantonal de Daule

Resumen
El desarrollo de esta investigación propone el diseño de un Centro Comunitario Integral dirigido a los grupos prioritarios o vulnerables (niños, jóvenes y adultos mayores), para la ciudad de Daule, con la finalidad de confrontar la necesidad de un espacio que inspire a los usuarios en ámbitos de cultura, deporte, recreación y capacitación. El siguiente Trabajo de Titulación se desarrolla en cinco capítulos desglosados de la siguiente manera: En el capítulo primero se estudia la problemática del objeto, alcances, objetivos y métodos que se van lograr durante el proceso de la investigación para el aporte teórico y práctico de la propuesta. En el capítulo segundo se define el marco conceptual y el contextual, en el cual se expande las definiciones sobre los Centros Integrales Comunitarios y se detalla las condiciones físicas, sociales, culturales y espaciales del entorno donde se va a implantar el proyecto. En el tercer capitulo se describe el trabajo de campo a través de encuestas, resultados, la propuesta social y conclusiones. En el capítulo cuarto se desarrolla la programación arquitectónica, la cual se divide en dos ítems: La programación y Análisis del aspecto físico, el primer ítem muestra el programa de necesidades, los proyectos análogos estudiados y normas de diseño; mientras que el segundo ítem aborda la localización del terreno, análisis del entorno, clima, asoleamiento e infraestructura. En el capítulo quinto se expone finalmente la propuesta físico-espacial considerando los criterios de diseño, esquemas de funciones, zonificación y matrices.
The development of this investigation proposes the design of a Comprehensive Community Center aimed at priority groups (children, young and old mens) for the cantonal head of Daule, in order to confront the need for a space that will inspire users fields of culture, sports, recreation and training. The following Titling Work is divided into five chapters broken down as follows: In the first chapter studying the problems of the object, scope, objectives and methods to be achieved during research for the theoretical and practical contribution of the proposal is studied. In the second chapter the conceptual framework and the context is defined, in which the definitions of the Comprehensive Community Centers expands and the physical, social, cultural and spatial conditions of the environment where it is to implement the detailed project. In the third chapter describes the field work through surveys, results, social proposal and conclusions. In the fourth chapter develops architectural programming, which is divided into two items: Programming and Analysis of physical appearance, the first item shows the program requirements, the studied similar projects and design standards; while the second item addresses the location of the land, environmental analysis, weather, sunlight and infrastructure. In the fifth chapter the proposal was finally exposed physical-space considering the criteria of design, function block diagrams, zoning and matrices.
