Resumen
El diseño de señaléticas dentro del Parque Lineal de Guayaquil se pr o ye cta con l a
finalidad de reducir el sedentarismo presentado e n las personas con discapacidad visual .
Estos espacios deben ser adaptados especialmente para cubrir las necesidades d e estas
personas, en cuanto a espacio y form a. S e ti ene pr o ye ctado que este cambio en el Parque
Lineal se desarrolle en conjunto con la Mu y Ilustre Municipalidad de Gua ya quil , por
requerirse de una inve r sión relevante en cuanto a materiales requeridos. Con este
proyecto se busca elevar la inserción de las perso nas discapacit ad as en ár e as recreativas
de la ciudad y a futuro que exist a una unificación en todos los parques de la ciudad .
Así mismo , se ha tomado en cuenta ciertos objetivos , como conocer si en el parque lineal
de Guayaquil se han aplicado señalización par a facilitar l a movi li dad de las personas
con discapacidad visual. Los métodos utilizados para la realización del presente trabajo
investigativo son los siguientes: Científico, Inductivo, Descriptivo Y Analí ti co; las
técnicas e instrumentos aplicados fueron: entrevistas a personas con deficiencia visual,
las mismas que resultan im portante s para conocer los obstáculos que se les presentan al
no contar con un a señalética adecuada en lugares públicos. Est e estudio determinó que sí
existen tales barreras, como alcantarillas, veredas mu y altos, basureros, señalética
inadecuado y otros impedimentos, situación que va en desmedro de sus derechos,
requiriendo la concienciación de los entes en car ga dos de urbanismo en lugares público s.
The design of signage within the Guayaquil Linear Park is projected with the purpose of reducing the sedentarism presented in the visually impaired. These spaces must be specially adapted to meet the needs of these people, in terms of space and form. It is projected that this change in the Linear Park will be developed in conjunction with the Very Illustrious Municipality of Guayaquil, for requiring a relevant investment in terms of required materials. This project seeks to increase the insertion of disabled people in recreational areas of the city and in future there is a unification in all parks of the city. Likewise, certain objectives have been taken into account, such as knowing if signs have been applied in the Guayaquil linear park to facilitate the mobility of visually impaired people. The methods used to carry out the present research work are the following: Scientific, Inductive, Descriptive and Analytical; The techniques and instruments applied were: interviews with visually impaired people, the same ones that are important to know the obstacles that are presented to them as they do not have adequate signage in public places. This study determined that there are such barriers, such as sewers, very high sidewalks, landfills, inadequate signage and other impediments, a situation that is detrimental to their rights, requiring the awareness of the entities in charge of urban planning in public places.
