Resumen
El presente proyecto de investigación se enfoca en rediseñar y validar un nuevo pensum
académico con creación de un noveno semestre en la escuela de Ingeniería en Tributación y
Finanzas de la Universidad de Guayaquil.
La investigación científica será valorada como sistemática, la cual se realizará con un plan
previsto a partir del planteamiento, los objetivos e hipótesis. Para mejorar todas las debilidades y
carencias que posee la misma, reflejaremos alternativas que promuevan un mejor manejo para la
escuela, la facultad y los futuros profesionales.
La constante actualización de reformas a la legislación tributaria y el movimiento acelerado
del mercado laboral son el motivo por el cual éstos grandes cambios deben ir de la mano, los
mismos que se ven reflejados en las aulas donde se imparten el material académico el cual debe
justificar estar a la par con la realidad nacional que se afronta actualmente.
This research project focuses on redesign and validate a new academic curriculum with creating a ninth semester at the School of Engineering in Taxation and Finance of the University of Guayaquil. Scientific research will be valued as systematic, which is made with a plan expected from the approach, objectives and hypotheses. To improve all weaknesses and shortcomings that have the same alternatives will reflect that promote better management for school, college and professional future. The constant updating of amendments to the tax legislation and the rapid movement of the labor market are the reason why these great changes must go hand in hand, the same that are reflected in classrooms where the academic material is taught which must justify be on par with the national situation currently facing.
