Resumen
La presente propuesta de investigación hace referencia a ¿Cómo fortalecer la
comunicación interna y organizacional de los empleados de Inproel S.A?, dicho estudio
estuvo guiado por el objetivo general: Diagnosticar la principal barrera de
comunicación interna dentro del grupo Inproel S.A. De igual manera se plantearon
como objetivos específicos: Investigar los problemas de comunicación interna dentro
del grupo Inproel S.A, Diagnosticar las causas y efectos para la asesoría comunicacional
y elaborar una guía comunicacional, para los colaboradores del Grupo Inproel S.A. Esta
investigación se realizó con el propósito de desarrollar y mejorar la comunicación
interna de los empleados y directivos de la empresa objeto del presente estudio, que
presentaba ciertas falencias en su comunicación organizacional impidiendo el avance y
crecimiento de la misma. Para su realización se emplearon los métodos de investigación
inductiva y deductiva, las técnicas de investigación más pertinentes como: guía de
observación a los empleados y clima laboral, una encuesta aplicada a 144 empleados de
la empresa como muestra y una entrevista a directivos de la empresa para evaluar y
medir la comunicación interna de la compañía. Posterior a la investigación se obtuvo
como resultado la identificación de las barreras que existían en la comunicación
organizacional que deberían tener los empleados entre sus compañeros y directivo,
diseñando una guía para mejorar la comunicación interna de los trabajadores del Grupo
Inproel. S.A, para contribuir al crecimiento personal y profesional de cada uno de los
que desempeñan sus funciones en la empresa, obteniendo como resultado la calidad, la
eficiencia de la organización
This proposal of this research is: How to strengthen the internal and organizational communication of employees from Inproel S.A, the general objective of this investigation is to diagnose the main internal communicational barrier in the group Inproel S.A. Likewise, the following specific objectives were set: - To investigate internal communication problems inside the Inproel S.A group, - To diagnose the causes and effects for communicational counseling and create a communication guide for Inproel Group employees. This research was carried out with the purpose to develop and improve the internal communication between the employees and managers of the company because it was presented the certain shortcomings in its organizational communication which prevented the advance and growth of this communication. The most relevant investigative techniques of this research are: employee´s observation guide and work climate, in the survey it was participated 144 employees of the company and for the interview with the directors of the company inductive and deductive research methods were used in order to evaluate and measure the internal communication of the company. The result of this investigation was the identification of the barriers that existed in the organizational communication that employees should have between their peers and managers. It will be created a guide to improve the internal communication of the Inproel Group workers S.A in order to create the personal and professional growth of each employer who works in the company for better quality and efficiency of the organization
