Resumen
El proyecto tiene como propósito la realización de un estudio de las falencias y
potencialidades que presenta la Facultad de Comunicación Social de la Universidad de
Guayaquil, en su gestión de comunicación destinada a alumnos, profesores y trabajadores
en sentido general; así como a otras instituciones del escenario en que ésta se mueve,
cuyo análisis serviría de base para la proyección y creación de una emisora online, con
carácter informativo y educativo. El Trabajo de Titulación contempla por ello como
primera fase la construcción del objeto de estudio mediante el análisis del problema y su
marco teórico, incluyendo la elaboración del estado de arte relacionado con este tipo de
proyecto investigativo, y a partir de ello la recolección y análisis de los datos, y
finalmente, el diseño de la propuesta. La propuesta está en línea con los principios y
derechos planteados por la Ley Orgánica de Comunicación del Ecuador; así como
responde a objetivos trazados en el Plan Nacional del Buen Vivir (2013-2017).
This research work has a purpose the marking of a study to the flaws and potentialities that the “Facultad de Comunicaciòn Social de la Universidad de Guayaquil” has, in its process of communication given by the students, teachers and workers in a general way; just like in some other institutions in the field that they move along, whose analysis will help as the basis for the projection and creation of an online radio station, with informative and educative consideration. The research work contemplates for this the first phase of the construction of the study object by means of the problem analysis and its theoretical framework, including the elaboration of the art state related to this type of investigative project, and starting from here the gathering and analysis of the data and finally, the design of the proposal and its practical outcome. The proposal is along with the principles and rights set by “La Ley Orgànica de Comunicaciòn del Ecuador”, just as it responds to the objectives established in the “Plan Nacional del Buen Vivir (2013-2017)”
