Resumen
En el presente proyecto se da a conocer con la finalidad de realizar la elaboración de un Ma-nual de Importaciones para la Compañía MAGICNEGSA, la cual está dedica a importar cal-zado deportivo a países como Estados Unidos y Panamá, la compañía realiza compras al ex-terior de marcas, reconocidas como Skechers, Vans y Catterpillar, por lo que ha tenido muy buena acogida a nivel nacional, sin embargo sus procesos en el área de importaciones son realizados de manera empírica por lo que han ocurrido errores al momento de ejecutar la compra. Para ello se realizó un análisis en la compañía empezando desde el año 2008, cuyo año la compañía llega a iniciar sus actividades, con la distribución de algunas marcas y a bajos costos, lo cual le beneficiaba, pero por cambio de aranceles e impuestos en el Ecuador, la compañía decide solo dedicarse a 3 marcas. Con el estudio realizado en la empresa, nos facilitó para saber la situación real por la que atraviesa la empresa, por lo cual se desarrolla-ron Encuestas a los involucrados del área, y a su vez a nos basamos en libros referente al te-ma, los cuales tomamos como referencia para la aplicación de procedimientos en el Área de Importaciones. Finalmente, con la investigación se determinó que en la compañía MAGIC-NEGSA es necesario un Manual, no solo para conocimiento en caso de que un nuevo funcio-nario ocupe el cargo, sino también para que el Sistema administrativo utilizado por la empre-sa sea optimizado.
The present Project was written for to be presented, with the purpose to elaborate a manual of imports for the Company MAGICNEGSA, this company is dedicated to import footwear sports to countries like United States and Panamá, the company does shopping to the outside of brands recognized as Skechers, Vans and Catterpillar, for this reason the Company has had an incredible acceptation to level national. However their processes in the area of import are carried a one form empirical, so in the company would exist mistake have occurred at the time of executing the purchase. For this reason, we made an analysis in the company, starting from the year 2008, whose starts their activities in this year, with the distribution of some brands and to low costs, because benefited the company, but by change of tariffs in the Ecua-dor, the company decides to only import 3 brands. With the study to realize in the company, we give to facilitated and we can know the real situation in the company, which developed of surveys for actors in the area, and with the help of the books about this, who we take as refer-ence for their excellent application of procedures in the Area of imports. Finally with the re-search we determined that in the company MAGICNEGSA is necessary a Manual, not only for knowledge when a new employed is in this area, but also that the administrative system used by the company to be optimized.
