Resumen
El presente trabajo investigativo tiene como finalidad analizar la logística de la
empresa COLIMPO S.A. en las importaciones, en donde se identificó el problema en este
proceso logístico, con la ayuda de la ejecución de los objetivos de la investigación que
sirvieron de sustento para el desarrollo de la investigación, así mismo se estableció la
justificación teórica, metodológica y práctica del proyecto. Se considera el levantamiento de
información, para la recopilación de los datos referente al problema serán la encuesta y la
entrevista que se realizará al personal interno de la organización. Luego de analizar los
resultados se efectuará un plan logístico de la modalidad de despacho con canal de aforo
automático para la empresa la cual se encuentra compuesto por la situación actual, estrategias,
requisitos, condiciones y procedimientos para que pueda desarrollar sus operaciones de la
mejor manera. Establecer alianzas estratégicas con empresas navieras, courier y de seguro que
proporcionen mejor precio y servicios complementarios para la logística de importación.
Tomar precauciones en las operaciones de importación de la mercadería con el objetivo de
evitar riesgos en la gestión. Para utilizar el canal de aforo debe ser importador calificado
como contribuyente especial, además de haber desarrollado operaciones en régimen de
consumo, durante 12 meses del año fiscal.
The present research aims to analyze the logistics of the company COLIMPO S.A. In imports, where the problem was identified in this logistical process, with the help of the execution of the research objectives that served as a basis for the development of the research, as well as establishing the theoretical, methodological and practical justification of the draft. It is considered the collection of information, for the collection of data concerning the problem will be the survey and the interview to be performed to internal staff of the organization. After analyzing the results, a logistic plan of the dispatch modality with automatic gauge channel will be carried out for the company, which is composed of the current situation, strategies, requirements, conditions and procedures so that it can develop its operations in the best way. Establish strategic alliances with shipping, courier and insurance companies that provide better price and complementary services for import logistics. Take precautions in the import operations of the merchandise with the aim of avoiding risks in the management. In order to use the gauge channel, it must be a qualified importer as a special taxpayer, in addition to having developed operations under consumption regime, during 12 months of the fiscal year.
