Resumen
El objetivo de este trabajo de titulación es determinar una propuesta que sea óptima para usar correctamente todos los dispositivos de red en la Facultad de Ingeniería Industrial de la Universidad de Guayaquil definiendo las características que tienen todos los actuales dispositivos y evaluando varias medidas de control sobre su rendimiento en las comunicaciones. Entre las interrogantes que se pretenden resolver están las características de sus sistemas y cuál es el nivel de aceptación de los estudiantes sobre el servicio de internet que se les ofrece. Para este trabajo de titulación se utilizarán las técnicas de investigación denominadas como encuesta y entrevista, la encuesta servirá para determinar la opinión de los estudiantes en relación al servicio de internet dentro de los laboratorios de la Facultad de Ingeniería Industrial, con los resultados de la encuesta la cual va dirigida al encargado de Informática se podrá obtener información sobre la situación actual de la red. Otro campo que abarca este trabajo serán las posibles repercusiones que tienen los cambios de tecnología cuando estas deben someterse a una variación para que no afecten al momento de crear un sistema sólido, por lo cual ante este tipo de mejoras que se proponen, deberán evaluarse dentro de un tiempo de prueba adecuado. The aim of this work of titration is to determine a proposal that is optimal for proper use of all network devices in the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Guayaquil defining the characteristics that all current devices and evaluating various control measures on its communication performance. Among the questions to be solved are the characteristics of their systems and what level of acceptance of students on the internet service offered. For this work titration research techniques referred to as survey and interview will be used, the survey will determine the student opinion regarding the internet service in the laboratories of the Faculty of Industrial Engineering, with the results of the survey which is aimed to the responsible of Informatics to get information on the current status of the network. Another area covered by this work will be the potential impact that changes in technology when they must undergo a change not to affect the time to create a solid system, which in this type of improvements proposed, should be evaluated within a suitable test time. Thus one can conclude whether it is feasible to implement the measure
