The objective of this investigative work will be the "Analysis of the risk perception of the Ecuadorian investor and the taking of corrective measures in the capital market", which is oriented to the search of strategies that stimulate the capital market and improve the Investors' perception of investment risk, which will help to increase the efforts on the stock exchange. To do this, we use the bibliographic-descriptive method in order to consult the available literature on the subject and organize it systematically to relate the two study variables that are: the perception of risks and corrective measures. The Ecuadorian market has great potential for investments that produce high profitability in various economic sectors, and that the BVG is the vehicle that disseminates a stock culture in the environment and transmits the know-how of the stock market. The stock market in general channels financial resources to productive activities through stock negotiations. The Stock Exchange performs an important job as a barometer of the local, national, regional and global economy. They are focused on making medium-sized companies in various sectors interested in negotiating their actions, which do not close to globalization, practically most Ecuadorian companies still have the taboo of having family businesses, and that should follow that trend, If the BVG manages to promote this, then we will be in a position to compete with world markets, such as London or the United States. As a conclusion, the present research work generates an important theoretical contribution by showing how strategies that stimulate the capital market becomes a key concept that would allow to optimize the perception of the risks of investment in the stock market, increasing the efforts in the Bolsa de Valores de Guayaquil, as long as there are adequate communication and motivational channels to ensure linkage and thus improve the BVG
