Resumen
El objetivo de la presente investigación fue analizar la incidencia de
los factores de riesgo psicosocial de los vigilantes (trabajadores) de la
empresa CISEPRO SEGURIDAD Cía. Ltda., que laboran en el sector
bancario de la ciudad de Machala. Para evaluar los factores de riesgo
psicosocial se utilizó la versión 3.0 del método F-PSICO validado por la
NTP 443, NTP 926 del Instituto Nacional de Seguridad e Higiene en el
Trabajo de España el cual consta de 86 ítems agrupados en 9 factores
diferenciados: tiempo de trabajo, autonomía, carga de trabajo, demandas
psicológicas, variedad/contenido del trabajo, participación/supervisión,
interés por el trabajador/compensación, desempeño de rol, y relaciones y
apoyo social. Luego de aplicar la encuesta a la muestra en estudio se
obtuvo el informe del método F-PSICO donde se observo un 49% de
probabilidad de riesgo en la escala muy elevado y un 13% en la escala
elevado en el factor de riesgo participación/supervisión. Tomando en
cuenta que se considera como factor negativo para la salud de los
trabajadores, aquellos factores que presentan un porcentaje que superan
el 50% en la escala muy elevada y elevada se concluyó que los vigilantes
(trabajadores) de la empresa CISEPRO SEGURIDAD Cía. Ltda., que
laboran en el sector bancario de la ciudad de Machala no presentan
factores de riesgo psicosocial.

Taking into account that is seen as negative for the workers' health factor, those factors that have a percentage exceeding 50% in the very high and high level concluded that the guards (workers) CISEPRO SAFETY company Cia. Ltda, Working in the banking sector in the city of Machala have no psychosocial risk factors.
