Resumen
Este trabajo de Titulación está centrado en presentar alternativas de solución a los riesgos potenciales a que están sometidos los trabajadores de la Corporación Nacional de Telecomunicaciones (CNT) al realizar trabajos en espacios confinados, se utilizará el Análisis de los riesgos potenciales y los riesgos atmosféricos más comunes que ayude a identificar, determinar y evaluar los factores físicos, químicos, biológicos y mecánicos presentes en los puestos de trabajo. Se analizará la matriz de riesgos de la CNT y se determinará el índice de peligrosidad de cada riesgo encontrado mediante el uso del método de William Fine, Matriz 3 x 3 y Matriz de la ACGIH. Con lo planteado anteriormente se concluye y recomienda un plan de disminución de las variables causales de enfermedades profesionales, capacitación interna del área de Seguridad Industrial, descripción de equipos y herramientas a utilizar, fichas médicas al personal que labora en espacios confinados. Por último se analiza el costo que para la empresa representan las Enfermedades Profesionales y un análisis del Costo-beneficio de implementar el Plan de Prevención de Riesgos Potenciales en Espacios Confinados.
This work of certification is focus to present alternatives of solution to the potential businesses on the which the workers from the National Telecommunication Corporation (CNT) are working, we will use the analysis of potential risks and the atmospheric risks more common to help us to identify, determine and test the physical factors, the chemical factors, the biological factors and the mechanical factors on the current work. We will analyze the matrix of risks from CNT and determine the index of dangerousness from each risk found by the use of the method of William Fine, the matrix 3 x 3 and the matrix ACGIH, with the presented before we conclude and recommend a plan of reduction of the variables causing the professionals issues, internal training on the area of the industrial security, description of the equipment and the tools to be used, medical records for all the personal working. And for the last, we will analyze the cost that the professional issues represent on the enterprise and also the analysis of the cost and benefits of implementing the prevention of potential risks in confined spaces plan.
