Resumen
Es importante destacar que en nuestro país hoy por hoy es significativo cumplir con la obligatoriedad de leyes y reglamentos en lo referente a prevenir Riesgos laborales. La empresa Materiales de Construcción MACON S.A., es una empresa cuya actividad económica consiste en la venta al por mayor y menor de materiales construcción pero carece de un Sistema de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional. Luego, en esta tesis el principal objetivo será el estudio de la Gestión Técnica en lo que corresponde al Sistema Nacional de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo y con ello, la Formulación de un Plan de Medidas para la misma, que represente una ruta básica y estructurada hacia el logro exitoso de una gestión preventiva eficiente que contemple: su idiosincrasia cultural, su sostenibilidad financiera y su sustentabilidad en el tiempo.

Materials of construction MACON S.A., is a company which economic activity consists in selling to the wholesale and retail of construction materials but presents lacks of system of occupational safety and health. Then, in this thesis the main objective will be the study of the technical management in which corresponds to the National System of Health and Safety at Work and therefore the Formulation of an Action Plan for the Same, that represents a basic and structured route towards an efficient preventive management that includes successful aim: its cultural idiosyncrasy, its financial sustainability and its sustainability in time.
