Plan de prevención identificando el Síndrome de Burnout en docentes de educación básica y bachillerato: Caso de estudio: Unidad Educativa Innova.

Resumen
La presente investigación busca identificar la presencia del Síndrome de Burnout, los cambios de reforma educativa y factores organizacionales que afectan al desempeño de los docentes, para elaborar un plan de prevención contra el Síndrome de Burnout en los docentes de Educación Básica y Bachillerato de la Unidad Educativa INNOVA, en la ciudad de Salinas. Es un estudio de tipo descriptivo, se utilizaron tres instrumentos en esta investigación, una entrevista a una de las autoridades; luego la aplicación del test a 28 docentes y una entrevista personal a 6 docentes. El método aplicado en la entrevista a la autoridad, está basado sobre los cambios en la reforma educativa, segundo la aplicación del test MBI y la tercera una entrevista a los docentes basada en los factores organizacionales del CBP-R. Los datos fueron procesados en la herramienta informática de Excel, su análisis y tabulación se realizaron mediante la herramienta estadística SPSS de frecuencia; Los resultados de esta investigación reflejaron que los cambios en las reformas educativas afectan al desempeño de los docentes; además el 40% (nivel bastante 11% y nivel extremo 29%) de los docentes poseen el síndrome, de las variables relacionadas al Burnout, el género fue el único que se relacionó a este Síndrome, de ahí se refleja que el género femenino tienen mayor presencia del Síndrome y que los factores organizacionales que afectan son Número de estudiantes, Conducta de los estudiantes, Integración con Docentes, Comunicación con autoridades y Padres de Familia, Red de Apoyo Profesional; Recursos físicos, Reconocimiento de logros, Multifuncionalidad de roles, Cambios en reforma educativa, administración docente de informes y papeleos, y ser considerado en decisiones institucionales.
This research seeks to identify mainly the presence of the Burnout Syndrome, the changes in the education reform and organizational factors affecting the performance of teachers, to develop a prevention plan against the Burnout Syndrome in teachers of the elementary school and High School “INNOVA”, in the city of Salinas. It is a descriptive study, three methods were used in this research, the first an interview with one of the authorities of school; second the MBI test to 28 teachers and third a personal interview to 6 teachers. The method applied in the interview to authority is based on changes in education reform, the second is based on Maslach Burnout Inventory test and the third one is interview to 6 teachers based on organizational factors with the CBP-R. Obtained data was processed in Excel, its analysis and tabulation were made using frequency SPSS; the results of this investigation showed that the changes in the education reforms affect the performance of the teachers; also, the 40% (frequent level 11% and extreme level 29%) of teachers have this syndrome, from the variables related to the “Burnout”, the gender was the only one related to the Syndrome, from this point it is relevant that females are the ones that have a bigger presence of the Syndrome and that the organizational factors that affect them are: students numbers, student´s behavior, teacher´s integration, Communication with authorities and Parents, Professional Support Network; Facilities, achievement´s recognition, Multitasks, Changes in the educational reform, Teacher´s administration of paperwork and reports, and the influence on institutional decisions.
