Resumen
Este trabajo de Titulación expone el estudio de la Comunicación Interna de la
escuela Básica Fiscal N° 40 Simón Bolívar, jornada matutina, entre docentes; se ha
podido analizar mediante diversos contenidos teóricos la metodología sobre
Comunicación Interna. Esta investigación presenta, con el análisis de resultados en
un 80% de las unidades muestrales, que existe un problema en la comunicación. En
tal virtud, nos preguntamos: ¿La comunicación interna, influye de manera
significativa en las relaciones interpersonales en los docentes de la escuela Básica
Fiscal N° 40 Simón Bolívar? Por esta razón, se realizará un taller sobre Estrategias
Integrales para una comunicación interna efectiva, dirigida a los docentes de dicha
Institución educativa.
This work exhibits the study of the Internal Communication among teachers in the "Escuela Básica Fiscal No40 Simón Bolívar" during the morning schedule. The methodology of Internal Communication has been analyzed using diverse theoretical contents. This research presents the existence of a problem in the communication on the analysis of results in a 80% of the cases. Based on this, we ask ourselves; does the internal communication really affect the interpersonal relations among teachers in "Escuela Básica Fiscal No 40 Simón Bolívar"? For that matter, wishing to enihance the internal communication, we will create a workshop on integrated strategies directed to teachers in the previous mentioned institution.
