This work was carried out in a sugar manufacturing company, located in Canton The Core, in the province of Cañar, whose purpose is to determine the uninsured costs resulting from accidents occurring in the different processes and threads of the organization open pit and covered, and design a control system losses to reduce these costs, and thus improve productivity and profitability. Based on the research methodology applied initially, the current situation of occupational safety and health was observed, also primary and secondary processes were observed with an emphasis on critical processes that cause accidents and fundamentally materials accidents, just as obtained the uninsured costs in the period from January to December 2014, then the impact of these costs on production costs was determined, and consequently a system of total control was designed to reduce losses to a minimum Hidden costs or uninsured, were finally the conclusions and recommendations are presented.
