Resumen
Proponer el desarrollo de un Programa de Vigilancia de la Salud dirigido a los colaboradores de la empresa Ecuatermoformados S.A., para poder prevenir y diagnosticar oportunamente las enfermedades que repercuten en la productividad y desempeño de los trabajadores. Esta investigación utiliza la metodología proyecto factible, mediante el diagnóstico de la situación actual de los trabajadores, a partir de la evaluación médica acompañado de la investigación de campo, cuyos resultados evidencian que en los 3 últimos meses el 29% ha presentado enfermedades Gastrointestinales, el 46% patologías Respiratorias, el 14% patologías Osteomuscular y el 11% patologías Urinaria. Sobre la necesidad de realizar capacitaciones y campañas de prevención y salud en el lugar de trabajo, el 100% están de acuerdo, sobre la prioridad de desarrollar Programa de Vigilancia de Salud, el 86% están muy de acuerdo y el 14% están de acuerdo. Se evidencia la necesidad de desarrollar el Programa de Vigilancia de la Salud para beneficio de la empresa y sus trabajadores.
Develop the Proposal for a Health Monitoring Program for the workforce at Ecuatermoformados S.A., in order to establish a preventive mechanism of early detection and diagnosis of illnesses and afflictions that impact negatively the performance and productivity of the company´s workers. The research Project uses of a feasibility assessment through the diagnosis of the current health condition of the workers, from the medical evaluation accompanied by field research. Results show that in the last three months 29% of the population has been affected by Gastrointestinal pathologies, 46% by Respiratory pathologies, 14% by Ostheomuscular pathologies and 11% by Urinary pathologies. Our survey intervention showed that there is 100% agreement from the subjects with regards to the need for training and health prevention campaigns at the workplace. On the priority for the development of a Health Monitoring Program, 86% of the subjects highly agreed and 14% agreed. Evidence is presented as a support and need for the development of a Health Monitoring Program in benefit of the Company and its workforce.
