Estudio técnico y económico para la implementación de un plan de emergencia y salud ocupacional en el Hospital Móvil 1.

Resumen
La finalidad de esta tesis es identificar los riesgos existentes que puedan conllevar a una emergencia en el Hospital Móvil 1, manteniendo las condiciones óptimas de trabajo para la unidad hospitalaria. La información está orientada a conocer como se aplica un Plan de Emergencia y Salud Ocupacional y qué consecuencia tienen en los costos de la misma. Para la elaboración de este estudio se utilizó la metodología descriptiva y explorativa, la investigación desarrollada pertenece al tipo de estudio retrospectivo. En la situación actual de la institución estudiada, se analizaron los antecedentes de la misma y fundamentos teóricos referentes a las Normas de seguridad aplicada a este tipo de institución de salud. Las técnicas de gestión que se aplicó, son: descripción general del Hospital, problemas que atraviesa la misma y alternativas de solución para los diferentes tipos de problemas. Como recomendación resultante del análisis realizado al Hospital Móvil, se ha definido la alternativa de solución de implementar un Plan de Emergencia y Salud Ocupacional, demostrando la viabilidad de la propuesta con una inversión total de $ 35.241, divididos en inversión fija con $ 17.598, y la diferencia para el capital de operación con $ 46.577. La implementación del estudio revela una tasa interna de retorno (TIR) del 16,9% y un VAN positivo del $ 7.096, por lo cual se recomienda la ejecución de esta propuesta, pues es un aporte para mejorar el servicio que brinda el Hospital Móvil 1 en la ciudad de Guayaquil.
The purpose of this thesis is to identify the risks that could lead to an emergency at the Mobile Hospital 1 Keeping optimal working conditions for the hospital unit. The information is oriented to know as it applies an Emergency Plan and Occupational Health has consequences in the same costs. Descriptive and Explorative methodology was used for the preparation of this study. Developed research belongs to the kind of retrospective study. The current situation of the study institution discussed the history of it and the theoretical foundation concerning the safety standards applied to this type of health institution. Management techniques that are applied are: general description of the Hospital, problems facing the same and alternative solutions for different types of problems. As resulting recommendation of the analysis to the Mobile Hospital defined the alternative solution to implement an Emergency Plan of Occupational Health, demonstrating the feasibility of the project with a total investment of $35,241, divided in fixed investment with $17,598, and the difference for working capital to $46,577. The implementation of the study reveals an internal rate of return (IRR) of the 16.9% and a positive NPV of $ 7,096, therefore recommended the implementation of this proposal, because it is a contribution to improve the service provided by the Mobile Hospital 1 in the city of Guayaquil.
