Resumen
Tubosistemas S.A. es una empresa dedicada a la fabricación de
tuberías plásticas, sus procesos productivos, logísticos y administrativos
presentan riesgos que requieren ser controlados para minimizar los
accidentes y potenciales enfermedades ocupacionales. La empresa
realizó su autoevaluación en el año 2014 en la plataforma del Sistema
Nacional de Gestión de la Prevención (SGP) donde obtuvo un resultado
insatisfactorio del 69.61% menor al 80%, debido a su gestión y
cumplimiento parcial de la legislación vigente. Surge entonces la
Propuesta de un Sistema de Gestión en Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional,
que empleará la estructura del Sistema de Gestión establecido en la
Resolución 957 de la Comunidad Andina (CAN). Para ello se realizó un
nuevo diagnóstico del cumplimiento de requisitos legales empleando
dicha estructura, donde se obtuvo un índice de eficacia del 66.2%. El plan
que se sugiere para iniciar la Propuesta de un Sistema de Gestión de
Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional describirá las actividades, grupo
responsable, presupuesto, indicadores, objetivos, metas, fecha de inicio,
fecha de fin. La Propuesta de un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y
Salud Ocupacional, contribuirá a garantizar condiciones seguras y
saludables de trabajo, para minimizar accidentes, potenciales
enfermedades ocupacionales y afianzará el cumplimiento de la legislación
vigente. Las empresas medianas del sector plástico pueden usar el
modelo de la Resolución 957 de la CAN.

Production, logistics and administrative processes that the company has, present risks that need to be controlled to minimize potential accidents and occupational diseases. The company conducted its self-assessment in 2014 on the platform of the National System of Prevention Management (SPM) where it obtained an unsatisfactory result of 69.61% less than 80%, due to its management and partial compliance with current legislation. Then comes the Proposal for a Management System in Occupational Safety and Health, which will use the structure of the management system established by Resolution 957 of the Andean Community (CAN). This requires a new diagnosis of compliance with legal requirements using such a structure, where an efficiency of 66.2% was obtained was performed.The plan suggested to start the Proposal for a Management System Occupational Health and Safety describe the activities, responsible group, budget, indicators, targets, goals, start date, end date. The proposal for a Management System for Occupational Safety and Health, will help ensure safe and healthy working conditions, to minimize accidents, occupational diseases and potential entrench compliance with the law. Medium-sized companies in the plastics sector can use the model of Resolution 957 of the Andean Community.
