Resumen
Este trabajo de investigación se realizó para observar los problemas que hay en la parte posterior de los dientes debido a caries, fracturas, y restauraciones defectuosas con amalgama los cuales todavía no se ha podido prevenir. Hoy en día las resinas compuestas son una alternativa válida para la reconstrucción del sector posterior, ya que nos brindan una buena posibilidad conservadora y estética, pero independientemente del material a utilizar debemos basarnos en ciertas reglas o parámetros para realizar una adecuada rehabilitación. Para ello es necesario el uso de un sistema matriz que ayude a abordar la zona afectada De acuerdo al tipo de procedimiento, Se realizara el cambio de material obturador (amalgama) por resina compuesta para poder devolver la estética al diente. La resina compuesta brinda mejor estética ante la sociedad y reduce el desgaste innecesario del tejido sano en el diente, de tal manera se utilizara porta matriz para poder conformar las paredes proximales para así poder tener mejor retención .Objetivo: Aplicar tipo de procedimiento para la restauración de clase II con resina compuesta en el sector posterior, tomando en cuenta la preparación de las cavidades CLASE II identificando el tipo de resina a utilizar para obtener una restauración igual a la morfología del diente. Resultados :Se obtuvo una restauración estética, funcional y con márgenes adecuados para soportar las cargas y fuerzas Oclusales.
This research was carried out to observe the problems in the posterior part of the teeth due to cavities, fractures, and defective restorations with amalgam which have not yet been prevented. Today composite resins are a valid alternative for the reconstruction of the posterior sector, since they give us a good conservative and aesthetic possibility, but independently of the material to be used, we must base ourselves on certain rules or parameters to carry out an adequate rehabilitation. For this, it is necessary to use a matrix system that helps to approach the affected area. According to the type of procedure, the change of obturator material (amalgam) by composite resin will be performed in order to return the aesthetics to the tooth. The composite resin provides a better aesthetic to society and reduces the unnecessary wear of healthy tissue in the tooth, so it will use a matrix holder to be able to shape the proximal walls in order to have better retention. Objective: Apply type of procedure for restoration Of class II with composite resin in the posterior sector, taking into account the preparation of the CLASS II cavities identifying the type of resin to be used to obtain a restoration equal to the morphology of the tooth. Results: Aesthetic restoration was obtained, functional and with adequate margins to support the Loads and occlusal forces.
