Propuesta tecnológica de una página web con la implementación de Bots para la gestión de relaciones con el cliente en la empresa Vipcell Electrónics

Abstract

El presente proyecto de titulación trata sobre la implementación de bots para la gestión de relaciones con el cliente en la empresa Vipcell Electronics, la misma que se dedica la venta y compra de productos tecnológicos y servicios de reparación de los mismos, el objetivo del proyecto es mejorar la atención que se brinda en la empresa optimizar recursos, que podrían ser utilizados en otra área de una mejor manera. La empresa Vipcell necesita un sistema que le permita poder brindar atención al cliente en horas no laborables. El tipo de investigación que se usaron para poder desarrollar el proyecto fueron investigación aplicada, porque utilizaremos nuevos hallazgos tecnológicos para mejorar los proceso de la empresa, de campo ya que utilizamos la investigación para diagnosticar las necesidades y exploratoria para determinar cuáles son los puntos a mejorar en los procesos de Vipcell. Se exponen los funcionamientos y objetivos de la propuesta como, funcionan cuáles son sus ventajas, y también se expone las conclusiones y recomendaciones del presente proyecto.
