Resumen
La presente investigación ha tenido como objetivo fundamental proporcionar una medición del déficit habitacional en términos cuantitativos y cualitativos en la parroquia Pascuales del cantón Guayaquil, con ayuda de la información que ofrece el Instituto de Estadística y Censos (INEC) por medio de sus Encuestas de Condiciones de Vida (ECV), el propósito es que se construya un territorio donde la totalidad de la comunidad acceda de manera integral y equitativa a viviendas que proporcionen condiciones del Buen Vivir, es decir, mejorar la calidad de vida de los habitantes.
The main objective of this research was to provide a measure of the housing deficit in quantitative and qualitative terms in the Pascuales parish of the Guayaquil canton, with the help of the information provided by the Institute of Statistics and Census (INEC) through its Condition Surveys. of Life (ECV), the purpose is to build a territory where the totality of the community access holistically and equitably to housing that provide conditions of Good Living, that is, improve the quality of life of the inhabitants.
