Resumen
La presente tesis tiene como objetivo diseñar estrategias de marketing para
mejorar la productividad comercial de la empresa Confecciones Elsy Cía. Ltda.
“Confelsy”, a través del seguimiento de varios lineamientos que permitieron realizar
un trabajo de calidad. El desarrollo de este trabajo parte de los antecedentes de la
empresa, la situación actual que enfrenta y la problemática de la misma. Seguido de
un marco teórico para establecer un fundamento a las variables de la investigación,
sustentado dicha información mediante las referencias de autores con sus
respectivas fuentes. Así mismo para obtener los datos de análisis se detalló la
metodología y el tipo de investigación a utilizar junto con el cálculo de la población y
muestra, al igual del uso de gráficos y tablas se interpretó los resultados obtenidos
de la investigación. Se detalló la propuesta, así como las estrategias de marketing
que permitirán mejorar la productividad de Confelsy Cía. Ltda. El trabajo de
investigación finaliza con las conclusiones y recomendaciones propuesta por los
autores a través de los datos justificados.
The present thesis aims to design marketing strategies to improve the commercial productivity of the company Confections Elsy Co. Ltd "Confelsy". Through tracking of various guidelines that allowed to perform a quality work. The development of this work begins since the company background, current situation that it faces and problems of the same. Following by a theoretical framework to establish a foundation for the variables of research, this information was supported by the references of authors with their respective sources. Also to obtain the data of analysis, it was detailed the methodology and the type of research to be used together with the calculus of the population and sample, as well as with the use of graphs and tables were interpreted the results obtained from the research. The proposal was detailed, as well as the marketing strategies, which will let to improve productivity of the company Confections Elsy Co. Ltd "Confelsy". The research work ends with the conclusions and recommendations proposed by the authors through the justified data.
