Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar un análisis del comportamiento de las variables que integran el mercado laboral ecuatoriano entre ellas el empleo y el desempleo durante el período junio del 2013 a junio del 2017, analizando además las 4 primeras metas del objetivo 9 del Plan Nacional del Buen Vivir (PNBV) que trata indicadores como el empleo adecuado e inadecuado, el desempleo juvenil y el empleo informal los cuales tienen relación directa a lo propuesto en esta monografía con la finalidad de conocer el porqué de dichos resultados durante el periodo estudiado examinando las causas y medidas tomadas por el gobierno para mejorar la conducta de dicho mercado. Es por ello que se usará información de la base de datos del Instituto Nacional de Estadísticas y Censos (INEC), de la Secretaria Nacional de Planificación y Desarrollo (SENPLADES), del Sistema Nacional de Información (SNI) y del PNBV 2013-2017.
The objective of this paper is to analyze the behavior of the variables that make up the Ecuadorian labor market, including employment and unemployment during the period from June 2013 to June 2017, analyzing also the first 4 goals of objective 9 of the National Plan of Good Living (PNBV) that deals with indicators such as adequate and inadequate employment, youth unemployment and informal employment which are directly related to what is proposed in this monograph with the purpose of knowing the reason for said results during the period studied by examining the causes and measures taken by the government to improve the conduct of said market. That is why information will be used from the database of the National Institute of Statistics and Census (INEC), the National Secretariat for Planning and Development (SENPLADES), the National Information System (SNI) and the PNBV 2013-2017.
