Resumen
El presente trabajo de titulación es un análisis de la situación actual de la Urbanización Los Olivos con el objetivo de proponer y recomendar un Plan de evacuación en caso de existir un terremoto en el país. La idea se fortaleció con la aceptación y el apoyo de la autoridad máxima de “Los Olivos”, la cual aprobó inmediatamente la ejecución de este trabajo y manifestó que es considerado de gran utilidad para la Urbanización. Esto alentó a la elaboración de este proyecto destinado a estudiar los posibles efectos que se puede generar ante la eventualidad de un Sismo. Para lograrlo, se realizó un estudio de la ubicación geográfica y la recopilación de antecedentes sísmicos sucedidos en el país con énfasis en los lugares donde este tipo de acontecimientos ocurren con mayor frecuencia; se efectuó el respectivo levantamiento de información de la entorno actual de la urbanización para luego proceder con una evaluación aplicando la técnica de recolección de datos, técnica de observación, y la encuesta. En el estudio se identificó futuros riesgos y se planteó la creación de brigadas, rutas de evacuación hacia zonas seguras y acciones que se deberán tener presente en el momento de un movimiento telúrico para minimizar daños y pérdidas.
The present titling work is an analysis of the current situation at Los Olivos Urbanization with the objective of proposing and recommending an evacuation plan in the case of an earthquake in the country. The idea was strengthened with the acceptance and support of the maximum authority of “Los Olivos”, who immediately approved the execution of this work and stated that it is considered of great utility for the Urbanization. This encouraged the development of this destined project to study the possible effects that can be generated in the event of seism. To achieve this, it was realized a study of the geographic location and the collection of seismic history occurred in the country with an emphasis on the places where this type of events occur more frequently; the respective information was collected from the current urbanization environment and then proceeded with an evaluation using the data collection and observation technique and the survey. In the study were identified future risks and was raised the creation of brigades, evacuation routes to safe areas and actions that must be considered in the moment of a telluric movement to minimize damages and losses..
