Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la viabilidad económica y operativa de establecer un BAR KARAOKE Y PIQUEOS “VALENTINE’S” ubicado en la Av. Malecón y San Jacinto de la Parroquia Tarifa del Cantón Samborondón, consta con 5 capítulos: Capítulo 1.- Comprende la problemática donde se determinó que existe un alto porcentaje de mercado insatisfecho en los moradores del sector en la Av. Malecón y San Jacinto de la Parroquia Tarifa del Cantón Samborondón, solo existe un lugar que ofrece este tipo de servicio y por lo tanto no satisface la demanda existente, Capítulo 2.- Se desarrolla el marco teórico donde se señala conceptos básicos y teóricos con fuentes bibliográficas que sustenta la creación de la empresa de servicios de un bar karaoke, Capítulo 3.- Comprende la metodología, tipos y técnicas de investigación, con una población para las respectivas encuestas que se realizarán a de 7.173 comprendidas entre 20 a 54 años de edad en la Av. Malecón y San Jacinto de la Parroquia Tarifa del Cantón Samborondón cuya muestra es de 365 jóvenes y adultos, utilizando técnicas de encuestas realizadas a los moradores del sector, Capítulo 4.- Se realizó el análisis de los resultados obtenidos, comprobando la importancia de crear una empresa de servicios de bar karaoke a los moradores del sector en la Av. Malecón y San Jacinto en el Parroquia Tarifa del Cantón Samborondón, Capítulo 5.- Comprende la propuesta de implementar un servicio de bar karaoke, una nueva alternativa de diversión para los moradores en la Av. Malecón y San Jacinto del Parroquia Tarifa del Cantón Samborondón, donde se crearan fuentes de empleo, coadyuvando de esta forma al desarrollo socioeconómico del cantón, y se consignan las conclusiones y recomendaciones finalizando con la bibliografía y los anexos.
The present research work aims to determine the economic and operational feasibility of establishing a BAR KARAOKE AND PIQUEOS "VALENTINE'S" located on Av. Malecón and San Jacinto of the Parish Rate of the Canton of the Samborondón Canton, consists of 5 chapters: Chapter 1.- Includes The problem where it was determined that there is a high percentage of the market unsatisfied in the residents of the sector in Av. Malecón and San Jacinto of the Parish Rate of the Canton Samborondón, there is only one place that offers this type of service and therefore does not satisfy The existing demand, Chapter 2.- The theoretical framework is developed where basic and theoretical concepts with bibliographical sources that supports the creation of the services company of a karaoke bar, Chapter 3.- Understand the methodology, types and techniques of investigation , With a population for the respective surveys that will be carried out to 7,173 between 20 to 54 years of age On the Av. Malecón and San Jacinto de la Parroquia Rates of the Samborondón Canton whose sample is of 365 youngsters and adults, using techniques of surveys done to the residents of the sector, Chapter 4.- The analysis of the results obtained was verified, verifying the Importance of creating a karaoke bar service company to the residents of the sector in Av. Malecón and San Jacinto in the Parish Rate of the Canton Samborondón, Chapter 5.- It includes the proposal to implement a service of karaoke bar, a new alternative of Fun for the residents in the Malecón and San Jacinto del Parroquia Rates of the Samborondón Canton, where job creation will be created, thus contributing to the socioeconomic development of the canton, and the conclusions and recommendations are recorded, ending with the bibliography and the annexes.
